Welcome to my Blog!
Let's Be Friends!
Hello Beautiful! Thank you so much for visiting my Blog today. I would like to welcome you to my small space on the internet.
If you know me at all, you know that I love treating people as if they are my best friend. I love making people feel loved, accepted, and welcomed.
In fact, the root of this creative space here is designed to connect and to build community with my loyal readers.
I feel that I have so much to talk about and share with you guys. I know that life is not all about rainbows and butterflies, and I will be the first to tell you that.
As a caregiver to my son who suffers from a rare, life shortening nerve disorder called Friedreich's Ataxia (FA), it is my hope that I can inspire, motivate, and offer guidance in some small tangible way to anyone who may need the encouragement.
I'm not a licensed therapist by no means, but just a mom who is making it through day by day creatively. Somehow I feel we already have something in common.
I hope you will visit my blog regularly and find this to be a fun, uplifting, and inspiring place to hang out. I will be posting various topics for you to browse and to gain inspiration from daily. I don't know about you, but when my heart and home are surrounded by beautiful things, I immediately feel better.
The Gifted Wreath is dedicated in helping you to achieve the happiest Home and Heart you can possibly have by offering you the best gift guides and home decor styles out there that everyone will be sure to love and appreciate all while giving back to a wonderful and worthy cause.
I look forward to sharing and posting a little piece of my heart with you!
Proceeds from my Etsy Shop benefits The Friedreich's Ataxia Research Alliance ( a non profit 501 (C) organization dedicated to curing FA). You can learn more about the cause here.
Together We Will Cure FA!
In just a few short years, The Gifted Wreath has sold over 500 wreaths across the United States and has earned over $20,000 in sales, making this small shop one of the largest grass root fundraisers in Virginia Beach, VA to date. It is because of loyal supporters like you that make research possible and gives hope to those suffering with this devastating disorder. I am forever grateful for each and everyone of you that visits my blog and social media sites daily.
Your are more than a friend to me, you are my FAmily!
xoxo, Tammy Leonard
